## How Integrations Work

When you connect an integration, Telemetron's AI agent gains access to that service's data and capabilities. This means:

* **Communication channels** automatically create and route support cases
* **Ecommerce integrations** give the AI agent context about orders, payments, and inventory
* **Telemetry integrations** feed device data into the platform for proactive support
* **Developer tools** let you extend the AI agent with custom data sources and APIs

## Getting Started

1. Navigate to [Settings > Integrations](https://admin.telemetron.ai/dashboard/settings/integrations) in your dashboard
2. Find the integration you want to connect
3. Click **Configure Integration** and follow the setup steps
4. Once connected, the AI agent can immediately use the integration's capabilities

<Tip>
  You can search and filter integrations by category on the Integrations page.
