How Integrations Work

When you connect an integration, Telemetron’s AI agent gains access to that service’s data and capabilities. This means:
  • Communication channels automatically create and route support cases
  • Ecommerce integrations give the AI agent context about orders, payments, and inventory
  • Telemetry integrations feed device data into the platform for proactive support
  • Developer tools let you extend the AI agent with custom data sources and APIs

Getting Started

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your dashboard
  2. Find the integration you want to connect
  3. Click Configure Integration and follow the setup steps
  4. Once connected, the AI agent can immediately use the integration’s capabilities
You can search and filter integrations by category on the Integrations page.
