How Integrations Work
When you connect an integration, Telemetron’s AI agent gains access to that service’s data and capabilities. This means:- Communication channels automatically create and route support cases
- Ecommerce integrations give the AI agent context about orders, payments, and inventory
- Telemetry integrations feed device data into the platform for proactive support
- Developer tools let you extend the AI agent with custom data sources and APIs
Getting Started
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your dashboard
- Find the integration you want to connect
- Click Configure Integration and follow the setup steps
- Once connected, the AI agent can immediately use the integration’s capabilities
